Where can i find a good hair cuttery in New Jersey?

well i want to cut my hair scene… like the whole layers bonanza
and i hate it when my mom takes me to a hair cutteries that have no clue what to do and end up f*cking up my hair >_>
well whats a good cuttery that can do it nicely but not so expensive? >_>

I don’t live in New Jersey but what I do when I am looking for a good Hairdresser is if I see someone in the street with a nice Hairstyle I go up and ask them who does their hair.They never seem to mind as I am complimenting them.If you don’t want to do that,then you could go into town on a busy Saturday and pass all the hair Salons and see which one is the busiest,check the prices on the window or just inside the door and then ring up and ask for the top stylist.
Also bring in a photo from a magazine of a hairstyle you like and the hairstylist will let you know whether it will suit you or not.
